Once you have finished loading your shopping basket and proceeded to the check out you will be asked for you payment details.
We accept all major credit & debit cards. If you would rather please call our store directly on 01884 251250 and we can take your order and payment over the telephone.
A confirmation of your order will be e-mailed to you by return.

Delivery is free for all orders over £50.00 with the UK mainland. If you live outside mainland UK you will incur additional delivery charges. Please contact us for more accurate pricing information.
Upon Receipt of Goods
All couriered goods require a signature upon delivery. Goods are delivered between 9am - 5pm, please ensure there is somebody to sin for the goods at the delivery address.
All deliveries must be checked before they are signed for. If you are unable to do this, please clearly mark that the boxes are unchecked on the drivers paperwork.
If you miss a delivery we will need to make a charge to re-arrange the delivery. You will be contacted if this should happen.
If you decide to cancel an order and refuse delivery, the cost of the delivery will be deducted from any refunds due.
Order Cancellations & Returns Policy
You have the right to cancel your order and claim a full refund at any time after placing your order and up to 7 working days after you receive the goods.
Please e-mail or post written notification that you wish to cancel your order. If you wish to return an item within the 7 day period please also contact us for an authorised returns number.
In order for a refund to be processed the goods must be returned at your expense in the same condition as dispatched to you.
We would always advise that when returning goods to us you either use a courier or recorded delivery service as we will not be responsible for goods lost in transit.
Alternatively we can arrange to collect the goods, the cost of which will be deducted from your refund.
We aim to process all refunds within 14 working days.
In the unlikely event that your product has a manufacturing fault within the first 28 days we will arrange for the goods to be exchanged. If a manufacturing fault should appear after 28 days but within the guarantee period we can arrange for the item to be repaired or send a replacement part if available. We will only replace an item after 28 days on the manufacturer's confirmation.
Any items being returned to us must be adequately packed and can be collected by our courier at your expense. The only time these costs will be refunded is if the item is returned within the first 28 days and the fault is not due to customer misuse/negligence.
If upon receipt of a faulty item the manufacturer reports the repair to be chargeable to the customer these costs will be passed on before the item is returned.
